Charity
I have worked in the wireless industry for several years in various fields such as: wireless ISP, microwave, cell phone, two-way radio, and amateur radio. I have been involved in the design, installation and maintenance of equipment on the ground and on the tower. I have been climbing for several years and am a certified climber. I currently work for Amchel Communications doing primarily tower equipment instillations. I do a lot of “charity” work if that’s what you would like to call it. When a ham needs help installing equipment, grounding, lightning protection, or any tower work done I do the work at no charge. I have all my own equipment to do the job right. Not only do I do the job for free I usually throw in some personal items as well to do the job correctly such as: weatherproofing, colored identification tape, connectors, coax, etc. Most of the work I do is for hams that can’t afford to pay someone or are not able to do the work themselves. I am setting up this page for those that feel the need to help me help others. I do not require nor do I ask for compensation when doing work. Below is a donation button to make contributions. Any amount is accepted and welcomed. If you have any work that needs to be done, please feel free to contact me via email or phone. Please feel free to leave me a voice mail as I do not carry my phone on the tower, if that’s where I happen to be when you call I will not be able to answer at that time. |
